Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Soil Builder Circle website and your participation in the Soil Builder Circle community (the “Service”), operated by Soil Builder Circle, a Parambhariya initiative (“we”, “us”).

1. The Soil Builders Pass

The Soil Builders Pass is a one-time purchase priced at ₹499. It includes:

• Soil Builder Starter Guide (digital)
• Weekly Soil Builder Notes (email)
• Soil Builder Circle community access (WhatsApp)
• 2 × 500g packs of Mycelium Balls, delivered within approximately 30 days
• Future Circle Member benefits as they are released

The pass is limited to the first 100 Soil Builders. Once 100 passes are sold, no further passes will be issued in this edition.

2. Community participation

The Soil Builder Circle is a learning community. By joining, you agree to:

• Share observations, questions and experiments in good faith
• Be respectful to other members
• Not use the community for unsolicited promotion, spam, or commercial recruiting
• Not redistribute the Starter Guide or Weekly Notes content publicly without permission

We reserve the right to remove members who repeatedly violate these norms. If you are removed for cause, no refund is owed.

3. Eligibility & accuracy of information

You must provide accurate, real contact information when joining (full name, working email, working Indian mobile number, valid shipping address). Disposable / temporary email addresses are not accepted. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your pass being cancelled without refund.

4. Mycelium Balls (physical product)

The Mycelium Balls are a natural agricultural input. They are intended for use in pots, grow bags, raised beds and home gardens alongside your existing practices. Results vary depending on plant species, local climate, watering, and soil starting conditions. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (₹499). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance.
