Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Soil Builder Circle (a Parambhariya initiative) collects, why we collect it, and how we use it. We collect the minimum required to run the community and ship your Mycelium Balls.

What we collect

• Name & contact: your full name, email, and WhatsApp number, used to deliver the Starter Guide, Weekly Notes, community invite, and order receipts.
• Shipping address: street address, city, state, pincode, optional landmark. Used solely to ship your Mycelium Balls.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay; we only store the order id and payment id returned to us, never card numbers or banking credentials.
• Communications: any messages you send us in response to our emails or in the community.

How we use it

• To fulfil your Soil Builders Pass: send the Starter Guide, deliver Weekly Notes, share the community invite, and ship your Mycelium Balls.
• To send transactional emails: receipts, order updates, important community announcements.
• To prevent abuse: rate-limiting and disposable-email blocking, using minimal IP-derived signals.

We do not sell your information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Service providers we use

• Razorpay for payments processing. Subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Our hosting provider to keep the website online.

Retention

We keep your member record for the lifetime of the Soil Builder Circle programme. You can ask us to delete your account and erase your personal data at any time. Some records (e.g., payment receipts) may be retained for the period required by Indian tax law.

Your rights

• Access: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your account.
• Unsubscribe: stop the Weekly Notes any time via the unsubscribe link in each email; you'll still receive transactional/account emails.

Cookies

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Razorpay's checkout widget may set its own cookies for fraud prevention during payment.
